Inspired by the spirit of exploration along Mexico’s Baja coast, Chicheria’s new Backpacking Through Baja tasting menu invites you to experience four courses of thoughtfully crafted flavors by Executive Chef Juan Hormiga. From bright ceviches to our signature tacos served on handmade blue corn tortillas, this is the ultimate Baja-inspired culinary journey.

Housemade blue corn chips, creamy guac, cotija, candied pumpkin seeds & seasonal salsa. The kind of snack you’d crave after a long walk along the coastline.
