The lineup features a Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends Taco and a Smoked Brisket Birria Taco, both served on Chicheria’s signature handmade blue corn tortillas.

Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends Taco
Smoked pork belly burnt ends with Frazie’s BBQ braised collard greens, pimento cheese crema, and thin-sliced pickled jalapeño on a charred corn tortilla.
Smoked Brisket Birria Taco
Smoked brisket braised in roasted tomato and jalapeño broth, Oaxaca cheese, diced white onion, and fresh cilantro on a consommé-dipped fried corn tortilla, served with brisket consommé on the side.
