Join us at Chicheria Mexican Kitchen on Sunday, October 5th, from 6 PM to 8 PM for a five-course cocktail-paired dinner celebrating the launch of James Beard Award–winning author Hank Shaw’s new book, Borderlands: Recipes and Stories from the Rio Grande to the Pacific.

The evening will be hosted by Hank Shaw, who will share stories from his travels and the inspirations behind his recipes. Chicheria’s Executive Chef Joey Vasquez will prepare a five-course menu with cocktail pairings inspired by Borderlands, creating a one-of-a-kind collaboration. Each guest will also receive a signed copy of the book with their ticket purchase.
